They are pre measured, which is great for us simple peeps. Beautiful color, nice taste, I’ve drank 3 so far, I have been very sick with summer cold so I haven’t got into any ceremonial preparations. I just add it to a shaker bottle of spring water with no additional flavors or sweeteners, very pleasant, hope it’s helping me kick this cold out! Too soon to tell but I think it’s helping me feel better! Thank you
